Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy didn't show up in London on Saturday and FOX revealed the reason why.
FOX's Big Noon kickoff are in London for NCAA's Big 12 matchup between Arizona State at Kansas at Wembley Stadium.
The 47-year-old was due to make the trip across the Atlantic this week for the Union Jack classic due to a medical issue.

Appearing on the program outside of Wembley Stadium, Portnoy was seen with a bandage around the entirety of his head.
Portnoy explained he was sidelined by sever toothache, which culminated in a double tooth infection and extraction of multiple teeth.
"Top of the morning to you over there in London. Listen, I wish I could be there. I was playing on video, I couldn't wait," Portnoy told the panel.
"Unfortunately got a couple fractured teeth. Infections in my mouth. Emergency dentist. They couldn't have me flying.
"I can't feel a side of my face. And I still said I gotta be there, I gotta tough it out.
"So Big Noon Kickoff, I'll be back next week... Like I said, I want to play hurt.
"I wanted to lay it all on the line for you guys... Player safety first in the Big Twelve."
After the video was played on the broadcast, and subsequently released on social media, Portnoy had another response.
He quote tweeted the post, with an image of an extracted tooth, and the caption: "We lucky I'm alive,".
Portnoy joined Rob Stone, Brady Quinn, Matt Leinhard, Mark Ingram and Urban Meyer on the Big Nook Kickoff Show just last year after FOX and Barstool signed a multi-year partnership together.
Barstool's College Football Show will also runs on select game weekends, alongside Big Noon Kickoff.
It's been speculated that FOX are attempting to unearth their version of Pat McAfee, who appears to have taken over ESPN.
McAfee's meteoric rise at ESPN began when he joined College GameDay as a full-time analyst in 2022.
He is currently in talks with ESPN over a new contract the could pay him between $60 - $65 million annually.
