The fantasy football quarterback landscape is already starting to separate into reliable weekly starters and intriguing streaming options. Entering Week 4 of the 2026 NFL regular season, Josh Allen once again headlines the rankings after finding another way to produce against the Los Angeles Chargers. Others continue to provide compelling QB1 upside or streaming appeal. With several notable quarterbacks dealing with injuries, including Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels, Jaxson Dart, and Baker Mayfield, the Week 4 rankings could shift considerably before kickoff.

Week 4 Top Fantasy Football Picks

Josh Allen, BUF (vs. NE)

Josh Allen remains one of the safest bets in fantasy football despite a mistake-filled performance in Week 3. Allen completed 16-of-26 pass attempts for 204 yards and two interceptions in the Bills' 24-16 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers.

The passing numbers were hardly spectacular. Still, Allen compensated by finding the end zone on the ground twice for the third consecutive contest. That rushing production is a major part of what separates him from most quarterbacks in fantasy football.

Allen now gets a Week 4 divisional matchup against the New England Patriots. This gives fantasy managers another opportunity to deploy him as a high-end QB1. Even when the passing game isn't clicking, his ability to manufacture fantasy points with his legs makes him difficult to move out of the top tier.

Trevor Lawrence, JAC (@ CIN)

Trevor Lawrence enters Week 4 after putting together one of his most complete performances of the young season. Lawrence completed 19-of-29 passes for 182 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in Jacksonville's dominant 35-6 win over the New England Patriots.

The Jaguars quarterback has been playing well through the opening weeks of the season. Sunday's performance reinforced his value as a fantasy starter. His ability to contribute both through the air and on the ground gives Lawrence multiple avenues toward a productive fantasy outing. A Week 4 road matchup against Cincinnati awaits. Lawrence should remain firmly in the QB1 conversation as long as his current level of play continues.

Lamar Jackson, BAL (vs. TEN)

Lamar Jackson remains one of fantasy football's most dangerous dual-threat quarterbacks. His Week 3 performance against Dallas provided another reminder why. Jackson completed 15-of-20 passes for 186 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed six times for 50 yards in Baltimore's thrilling 34-31 victory over the Cowboys in Rio de Janeiro.

Through three games, Jackson has thrown for 745 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception. He has also added 124 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown. That combination of efficiency and rushing production gives him an exceptionally strong fantasy floor. Jackson should remain a high-end QB1 heading into Week 4, when the Ravens host the Tennessee Titans.

Week 4 Fantasy Football Sleepers

Tyler Shough, NO (vs. ATL)

Tyler Shough deserves serious consideration for fantasy football managers looking for a streaming quarterback in Week 4.

Shough completed 29-of-42 passes for 255 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception in the Saints' 35-27 loss to the Raiders. The fourth quarter completely changed the complexion of his fantasy performance, though. New Orleans turned the ball over four times. Shough was responsible for three of those turnovers.

Still, four touchdown passes cannot be ignored. Shough demonstrated the upside necessary to become a viable streaming option against faces the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4.

Bryce Young, CAR (vs. DET)

Bryce Young remains another quarterback worth monitoring on the streaming radar. Young completed 26-of-48 passes for 291 yards, one touchdown, and one interception in Carolina's 21-18 loss to the Cleveland Browns. The efficiency wasn't ideal, but the volume was encouraging.

There is also an injury question surrounding Young himself. Panthers coach Dave Canales said Young would undergo imaging on his leg Monday. Young was able to finish the contest, and the injury did not initially appear to be too serious. Still, fantasy managers should monitor his status throughout the week. If Young is cleared to play, his passing volume could make him a viable streaming option against Detroit.

Bo Nix, DEN (@ SF)

Bo Nix enters Week 4 with momentum after producing three touchdowns in Denver's primetime victory over the Rams. Nix wasn't especially productive in terms of total yardage. However, the three touchdowns demonstrated the fantasy upside he can provide.

Of course, expectations should be tempered because of a difficult upcoming schedule. Nix could have more limited fantasy value in the short term. That makes him a less appealing option than some of the other streamers on this list.

That said, his potential becomes more interesting later in the season. Fantasy football managers with deeper benches may want to keep Nix rostered now rather than wait until his schedule becomes more favorable.

Quarterback Injuries

The Week 4 quarterback rankings could change substantially based on the injury report.

Caleb Williams is dealing with a hamstring issue. Jayden Daniels is managing an elbow injury. Both situations warrant monitoring before fantasy managers finalize their lineups. Jaxson Dart is dealing with a knee injury and is out for the season. Baker Mayfield is also sidelined after suffering a thumb injury. He is expected to miss three weeks.

Allen, Lawrence, and Jackson provide the elite options. Shough, Young, and Nix offer varying degrees of streaming upside. The biggest question for fantasy football managers will be determining how much risk they are willing to accept at quarterback.

Allen's rushing production gives him an especially high floor. Lawrence is building momentum after a three-touchdown performance. Jackson continues to combine passing efficiency with elite rushing value. Among the sleepers, Shough offers the most intriguing touchdown upside. Young's passing volume could make him useful if cleared to play.

Ultimately, Week 4 fantasy managers should balance recent production with matchup, opportunity, and injury news. The right streaming decision could make the difference for fantasy teams dealing with injuries or searching for a lineup-changing performance.
