The Green Bay Packers didn't open up the season how they wanted, especially against a divisional rival. The Minnesota Vikings must've found something in the water during the fourth quarter, because they won the quarter 22-0 as the Packers couldn't get anything going on offense.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring thing for the Packers when it comes to fourth quarters, because in their last five games that include the regular season and playoffs, they have a combined -53 point differential in the quarter. That was the graphic that the broadcast put on the screen during the game, and a Packers fan screenshotted it with this telling caption.

“This is the worst graphic I’ve ever seen,” the user wrote on Bluesky.

It's obvious that the Packers can't execute in the fourth quarter, and that's not good for a team that has high aspirations for their season.

Head coach Matt LaFleur was asked about the team's pattern of not being able to finish, and he knows it's a topic of conversation.

“Matt LaFleur on the Packers' continued inability to finish: ‘It's gonna be a topic of conversation for all you guys until we do it,'” Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reported.

The players know that they have to play better as well, and Tucker Kraft reiterated that after the game.

“We need to realize that it's us versus us all the time,” Kraft said via ESPN's Rob Demovsky. “Teams can't beat us as long as we're locked down and you saw that, that momentum swing was due to our own fault. We allowed that to happen.”

Bringing in bad habits from last season into this season is not good, and the Packers are going to fix it immediately. They'll have a chance to do that next week against the New York Jets.
