Last year, in Jul. 2025, former WWE chairman Vince McMahon was involved in a devastating car crash. According to TMZ, the accident took place at 9 am in Connecticut, just hours before Hulk Hogan’s passing.
As per the crash reports obtained by TMZ, McMahon was traveling in his Bentley via Route 15 in Westport when the car rammed the back of a 2023 BMW 430. The collision caused both vehicles to crash into the wooden-beam guardrail in the median. Debris from the accident scattered to the left side of the two-lane road as a third car, a Ford Fusion, collided with it.
In the aftermath of the crash, both airbags in McMahon's Bentley and the other BMW were deployed. The report also noted that both drivers were wearing their seatbelts. Following the crash, McMahon had to appear in court and pay a $1,000 fine, as well as serve a mandatory one-year probation period.

The court case is now officially over. After crashing into another car, McMahon was charged with reckless driving. Last year, after the incident and his appearance at the State Superior Court in Stamford, McMahon applied for the accelerated rehabilitation program.
The victim, a lady called Barbara Doran, later shared an update on Facebook, where she talked about the incident in detail. Doran claimed that she was lucky to have kept control of her car, while McMahon had been followed by an unmarked state trooper as he sped down the highway. (via WhatCulture)
