Dallas Cowboys star CeeDee Lamb credited his health for his hot start to the 2026 season as the team prepares for its Week 4 road matchup against the Houston Texans.

Lamb has already scored three touchdowns through three games, surpassing his touchdown total from last season. When asked Thursday about the difference in his performance, Lamb pointed toward entering the season healthy.

“I’m healthy, certain things change when you have your whole body,” Lamb said, according to Abby Jones of DLLS Sports.

Lamb has caught 20 passes for 309 yards and three touchdowns through Dallas' first three games, averaging 103 receiving yards per contest. He has surpassed 100 receiving yards twice during that stretch.

His latest performance came during Dallas' 34-31 Week 3 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Brazil on Sunday. Lamb caught seven of his eight targets for a season-high 112 yards and also hauled in a two-point conversion. His afternoon included a 49-yard reception that helped spark a 96-yard Cowboys touchdown drive in the fourth quarter.

The production has given quarterback Dak Prescott a reliable option at the top of Dallas' receiving corps. Lamb's three-touchdown start is particularly notable after he finished last season with fewer scores despite remaining a major part of the Cowboys offense.

Dallas will now look to turn Lamb's individual production into wins after falling to 1-2 with the narrow loss in Brazil. The Ravens won on Tyler Loop's 56-yard field goal as time expired.

The Cowboys will face the winless Texans on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET on FOX as they attempt to return to .500.
