The Indianapolis Colts have been one team to keep eyes on as the trade deadline approaches, and it looks like they're still willing to move some players after how rough their season has been. Ironically, Anthony Richardson was the first person who requested a trade during the offseason, but it didn't look like the Colts were looking to send him somewhere else.
That could still be the case, but for Richardson, he isn't thinking about the request anymore.
“Man, I just think about getting on the field. Everybody wants to be able to go out on the field and play, and make plays for the team. I haven’t thought about any trade requests or any deadlines. Just showing up to work, preparing and getting ready for my opportunity,” Richardson said via James Boyd of The Athletic.
#Colts QB Anthony Richardson Sr. — who requested a trade months ago — asked if he’s thought about it more ahead of the deadline:
“Man, I just think about getting on the field. … I haven’t thought about any trade requests or any deadlines.”
