The college football world pulled out all the stops for Ole Miss vs. LSU on Saturday. It had one storyline after another. Plus, ESPN chose Morgan Freeman to set the tone with College GameDay narration.
The famed actor is known for his breathtaking narration, and you would think that would add more excitement to an already hyped-up contest.
However, that wasn't the case.
During the broadcast, when rival Mississippi State was mentioned, Freeman quieted the crowd, per College GameDay.

Then the reactions online to Freeman's apperance brought about genuwine revolt.
Many of the fans posted about allegations of sexual abuse and harrassment against Freeman.

Article Continues BelowIn 2018, Freeman was accused of abuse and harrassment by at least eight women. He denied the accusations but did issue a statement apologizing to anyone who felt âÂÂuncomfortable or disrespectedâÂÂ.
In 2018, Freeman was the subject of an unsubstained rumor that he had an inaporrpriate relationship with his niece âÂÂDena Hines. Hines was murdered in 2015 by her boyfriend Lamar Davenport. During the trial in 2018, Davenport's attorneys said that Hines allegedly told Davenport about an inapproriate relationship with Freeman.
Freeman and his estate has long denied the accusations.
Another user said Freeman was the worst due to sticking up for the rival Mississippi State.
