Closer, high-scoring matchups dominated the Sunday slate of Week 5, as this grouping of games made up for a slower Week 4. While the San Francisco 49ers are still in the top spot in ClutchPoints’ Week 6 NFL Power Rankings, there were plenty of changes on the rest of the list.

Check out ClutchPoints’ Week 6 NFL Power Rankings to see where your team lands.

1. San Francisco 49ers (no change)

The San Francisco 49ers find themselves undefeated and still atop the Week 6 NFL Power Rankings after an impressive road win over the Seattle Seahawks. The San Francisco defense stood tall to earn the win, as they forced two interceptions, sacked Sam Darnold five times, and forced three fumbles.

Mike Evans proved exactly why the 49ers went out and added him this offseason, as he turned into Brock Purdy’s favorite target. Evans caught seven passes for 113 yards and a touchdown in the win, fighting through his broken ribs to will this 49ers offense to move to 5-0.

2. Buffalo Bills (Monday Night Football)

A key Monday Night Football matchup awaits the Buffalo Bills, as they head on the road to face the Los Angeles Rams. It will be a matchup between two top teams in their respective conferences, as Josh Allen will look to push the Bills to 4-1 and remain undefeated on the road.

3. Los Angeles Rams (Monday Night Football)

Matthew Stafford and the Rams will look to get over .500 with a win on Monday Night Football, as they will host the Bills. It has been a tough go of things so far for LAR, but earning a much-needed home win in primetime would do a lot to help get back into things in the NFC West.

4. Jacksonville Jaguars (+3)

The Jacksonville Jaguars continue to enjoy their time overseas, as their last-second win over the Philadelphia Eagles in London moves them to 4-1. A two-touchdown performance from Parker Washington, including an impressive one-handed grab to give the Jaguars the lead, and a last-second, 57-yard field goal from Cam Little, paved the way for JAX to remain atop the AFC South.

5. Kansas City Chiefs (Bye Week)

An early bye week for the Kansas City Chiefs puts the Kenneth Walker III hype train on the sideline for a week, but he has been the driving factor in their undefeated start. Walker’s first season with the Chiefs has been nothing but great, giving Patrick Mahomes a trusted backfield partner, something he really hasn’t had so far in his KC tenure.

6. Minnesota Vikings (+4)

Kyler Murray’s Week 5 performance against the New Orleans Saints was a well-rounded one, as he threw for 229 yards and ran for 51 more, and produced a turnover-free game to help Minnesota remain undefeated and climb up four spots in the Week 6 NFL Power Rankings.

Justin Jefferson made another highlight-reel TD catch in the win, as he was the lone, healthy target that Murray could trust, with Jordan Addison and Odell Beckham Jr. being inactive and T.J. Hockenson leaving early with a concussion.

7. Baltimore Ravens (+1)

Even with missing Lamar Jackson, the Baltimore Ravens were able to earn their fourth win of the 2026 NFL season, a 30-23 overtime victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Tyler Huntley played a clean game in relief, throwing for two touchdowns. Derrick Henry accounted for 120 all-purpose yards and a receiving touchdown, and Kyle Hamilton sealed the deal with an overtime interception on the road to move to 4-1.

8. Seattle Seahawks (-4)

Seattle *literally* fumbled away multiple chances to earn a key divisional win in Week 5, as they had quite a few opportunities throughout the game to put the Niners away. An early interception from Darnold cut SEA’s first drive off quickly, deep in their own territory, and they faced a touchdown deficit early in the first quarter.

A key drop by Jaxon Smith-Njigba ended a potential first-down conversion late in the fourth quarter, and a late catch from Cooper Kupp came up inches short of a fourth-down conversion, giving the Seahawks their first home loss of the 2026 NFL season, dropping them three spots in the Week 6 NFL Power Rankings.

9. Denver Broncos (no change)

It wasn’t pretty, but the Denver Broncos earned their third win of the year with a 23-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Switching back to Sean Payton calling plays (instead of Davis Webb) took the offense backward, as a tough showing from Bo Nix (123 passing yards) did little to help this team earn the win.

10. Detroit Lions (+1)

It was the Jared Goff show in the desert, as the Detroit Lions headed west and hung 45 points on the hapless Arizona Cardinals. Goff threw for 271 yards and three touchdowns, running for another, and Jahmyr Gibbs was his usual self, accounting for 207 all-purpose yards and two rushing scores, helping the Lions jump up into the top 10 of the Week 6 NFL Power Rankings.

11. Chicago Bears (-5)

The second game of Tyson Bagent stepping in for the injured Caleb Williams went very poorly, as the Chicago offense was turnover-prone all day. Bagent and Case Keenum (Bagent’s replacement in the fourth quarter) accounted for three interceptions and four sacks, while the Bears' offense lost two fumbles and looked all out of sorts in the embarrassing loss.

12. New England Patriots (+1)

A five-touchdown day from Drake Maye helped right the ship for the New England Patriots, as they now boast a 3-2 record in the 2026 NFL season. Maye threw for four scores and ran for another, as the Patriots’ offense seems to be clicking, with reinforcements (A.J. Brown) on the way.

Things don’t get any easier, though, for Las Vegas, as they will play host to the Bills next week.

13. Cincinnati Bengals (+6)

Joe Burrow and his four passing touchdowns paved the way for the Cincinnati Bengals to move to 3-2 on the year, and he did a great job spreading the ball around. Burrow found Mike Gesicki, Tanner Hudson, Samaje Perine, and Ja’Marr Chase for touchdowns, while the defense forced two interceptions, recovered a fumble, and sacked Malik Willis three times in the win.

14. Green Bay Packers (+6)

Jordan Love set a bit of Green Bay history in the crucial win, as he now holds the record for most passing yards against the Bears at Lambeau Field, with 367. Love was nearly perfect in the win, only throwing six incompletions while hitting on multiple deep balls and burning the CHI secondary.

Love connected with Christian Watson on two deep touchdowns, while both Watson (143 yards) and Matthew Golden (123 yards) eclipsed the century mark in the victory, which bumps the Packers up to 3-2.

15. Las Vegas Raiders (-1)

After opening the year with three straight wins, the Raiders have now dropped back-to-back games after their Week 5 loss to the Patriots. A 45-17 loss opened the door for rookie QB Fernando Mendoza to see the field, as he stepped in for Kirk Cousins with the team facing a large deficit.

16. Philadelphia Eagles (-4)

Without Saquon Barkley and DeVonta Smith, the Eagles struggled to put points on the board in their Week 5 loss. Falling to 2-3, Philly could move more players as they endure a rough, injury-riddled season, especially after trading starting center Cam Jurgens this past week.

17. Carolina Panthers (Bye Week)

Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers offense have enjoyed a bit of a resurgence this year, and a lot of that can be tied to the second-year jump made by Tetairoa McMillan. McMillan busted out in a big way in Week 4, catching 14 passes for 192 yards and two touchdowns, flashing his potential in what is a much better offense than last year.

18. New York Giants (-3)

What a mess it was in Maryland for the New York Giants, as they struggled to a tie with the Washington Commanders. With plenty of chances to win in all four quarters (and overtime), the Giants' offense wasn’t able to put enough scoring drives together to stave off the tie.

A two-touchdown performance from Isaiah Likely wasn’t enough, and neither were the 20 targets funneled from Jameis Winston to Malik Nabers. The offense showed some promise in the loss, but key turnovers and dropped passes (plus the elements) turned a win into a painful tie.

19. Pittsburgh Steelers (+3)

The curious case of the Pittsburgh Steelers took a positive step forward in Week 5, as a three-touchdown, zero-turnover performance from Aaron Rodgers helped steady the offense in their 34-22 win over the Indianapolis Colts. Jaylen Warren was the hero, though, as his 188 total yards (101 rushing) and two touchdowns were what this offense needed to remain undefeated at home and get to 3-2 on the season.

20. Dallas Cowboys (-4)

Talk about starting off Week 5 with a dud – the Dallas Cowboys put up a stinker at home on Thursday Night Football, falling short against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Three turnovers and an inability to involve CeeDee Lamb in the game plan (prior to his injury) doomed this offense from the jump, even with George Pickens picking up the slack.

Lamb’s injury status will be a key storyline to follow this week, as he injured his quad and played sparingly in the second half. With Dallas facing Green Bay in Week 6, not having Lamb for that pivotal matchup would make things very tough for a scuffling offense, as the Cowboys fall four spots in the Week 6 NFL Power Rankings.

21. New Orleans Saints (-3)

After a strong start to the year, Tyler Shough and the Saints offense came crashing back to reality in Week 5, as they struggled to do move the ball all game. Shough threw for 96 yards and two interceptions, and the run game only put up 55 yards in the loss, as the Saints fall to 1-4 and remain winless at home.

22. Indianapolis Colts (-1)

It continues to be a puzzling 2026 NFL season for the Colts, as the offense continues to be stymied. A one-yard rushing touchdown from Tyler Warren was the only benefit that the Indy offense provided in their Week 5 loss to the Steelers, as 15 points came via the right leg of Spencer Shrader.

No substantial impacts were made by Daniel Jones (267 scoreless passing yards) and Jonathan Taylor (82 scoreless total yards), as their core offensive pieces went silent in the loss.

23. Cleveland Browns (no change)

After jumping out to a 3-1 start, the Cleveland Browns came back down to Earth a bit after their 17-12 loss to the New York Jets. The CLE offense struggled, as Deshaun Watson was sacked eight times and fumbled three times, while the run game struggled and did not help out the offense in the adverse conditions.

With Quinshon Judkins tending to a foot injury suffered in Week 5, the Cleveland offense may look a bit different moving forward if he is forced to miss time. A home game with the Ravens awaits Cleveland in Week 6, an early-season divisional matchup with big-time implications.

24. Atlanta Falcons (no change)

The Falcons had all sorts of chances to win their Week 5 home matchup with the Ravens, but the offense wasn't able to get things done. It was an off-night for their run game, as Bijan and Brian Robinson only combined for 102 yards on 24 touches, tying Henry for carries and yards.

A fourth-quarter rib injury to Michael Penix Jr. forced Tua Tagovailoa into action, as the former Miami southpaw threw an interception to Kyle Hamilton in overtime, ending the game as the Falcons were driving for a score.

25. Houston Texans (no change)

Houston’s announced acquisition of Marvin Harrison Jr. came after they earned their first win of the 2026 season, as another strong start from C.J. Stroud paved the way for the offense. Stroud threw for 261 yards and a score, contributing a rushing touchdown on six carries.

Xavier Hutchinson, Nico Collins, and Jaylin Noel all eclipsed 40+ receiving yards in the win, with Hutchinson leading the way with 65 receiving yards and Noel hauling in Stroud’s lone passing touchdown.

26. New York Jets (+1)

Leaning on their defense and benefiting from the rainy weather, the New York Jets added their second win of the 2026 NFL season. A three-sack outing from rookie edge rusher David Bailey, combined with 100+ yard performances from Braelon Allen (24/116/1) and Garrett Wilson (7/104/1), paved the way for the Jets to earn a much-needed win in Week 5, over the Browns.

27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+2)

The Jalon Daniels show finally has a win to its name, as he did his best stand-in job on the road to earn Tampa’s first win of the 2026 NFL season. The Buccaneers leaned heavily on Bucky irving in the win, as he turned 21 carries into into 175 rushing yards and a score, including a highlight, 72-yard run.

28. Washington Commanders (-2)

Getting Jayden Daniels back was just the trick that the Commanders needed in Week 5, as they earned a key tie at home to keep the NFC East standings tight. Daniels used his legs well in Week 5, turning nine carries into 103 yards and two touchdowns. Jacory Croskey-Merritt chipped in 82 yards and a score on the ground, while Terry McLaurin and Chig Okonkwo combined for 122 receiving yards in the win.

29. Los Angeles Chargers (-1)

The clunkiness of the LAC offense has hit a new low, but injuries have completely wrecked the receiver room for this team. A six-point home loss to the Broncos puts the Chargers at 0-5 on the year, quite a different result from what was expected from this team that has the firepower on offense to compete (or so we thought).

30. Arizona Cardinals (no change)

It continues to be a struggle for the Cardinals this year, as they were on the losing end of a lambasting by the Lions. A 24-point home loss to Detroit leaves Arizona winless at home and only with one win on the year; while the 2026 NFL season was always seen as a work in progress, Mike LaFleur’s first year as head coach has been filled with more negatives than positives so far.

31. Tennessee Titans (no change)

Tennessee Titans quarterback Cam Ward (1) is sacked on fourth down during the fourth quarter against the Houston Texans at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tenn., Sunday, Oct. 11, 2026.

Another week, another dreadful showing from the Tennessee Titans, as their offense continues to stink things up. Cam Ward once again looked to be a shell of what a first-overall draft pick should be, as he continues to only connect on low-impact short throws that don’t do a lot to move the ball.

A 30-yard field goal from Joey Slye to open the scoring was all Tennessee was able to muster, as they continue to look for answers in Robert Saleh’s first year.

32. Miami Dolphins (no change)

The Miami Dolphins are doing exactly what they need to do to embody a competitive rebuild – field a competitive roster while utilizing their 2025 rookie class and letting them grow on the job, all while exposing the remaining issues on their roster in the process of losing the majority of their games.

The Miami coaching staff looks to be the perfect fit for the rebuild, as Jeff Hafley embodies the type of culture that this franchise needs. But for now, a Week 5 loss to the Bengals (where they looked competitive once again) helps things continue to go according to plan.
