The Los Angeles Chargers had an inauspicious start to the season, losing to the Arizona Cardinals, 26-14, in Week 1 and frustrating the 70,000-strong crowd at SoFi Stadium.

The Chargers ran out of power in the fourth quarter, allowing the Cardinals to pull off the surprising win and give coach Mike LaFleur his maiden win in the NFL. LaFleur became the first coach in team history to win his debut game since the late Don Coryell in 1973.

Coach Jim Harbaugh, on the other hand, was left rueing their mistakes. They had two turnovers, a lost fumble, and an interception. When asked whether he was satisfied with the performance of the offensive line, Harbaugh did not bat an eyelash, as reported by ESPN's Kris Rhim.

“No, I've never been satisfied with anything related to football. It's not a word that I associate with football,” said the veteran tactician.

Quarterback Justin Herbert was sacked three times. He threw 17-of-27 for 209 yards and one touchdown.

The Cardinals limited the Chargers to only 268 yards.

While Harbaugh was adamant in his response, it did not sit well with fans.

“These quotes are his way of avoiding answering important questions head-on. If you're never satisfied, why do nothing all free agency? Why allow the worst center in the league to start for two years?” asked @bolt_fiction.

“He literally answered a totally different question than what was asked, and he does this all the time,” echoed @Br_Daleechoed.

“Same dude who is giving snaps to (Trey) Pipkins and (Cole) Strange,” added @_slavetothegame.

“Could've fooled me since he's done absolutely f****** nothing to fix it,” stated @GB_Grappler.

“What? Makes zero sense. Is he okay?” wrote @timmyloveswine.

Harbaugh has tallied a 22-13 record with the Chargers since being hired in 2024. He has lost in back-to-back appearances in the wild-card round of the playoffs.

Los Angeles will battle the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
