Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jalon Daniels had his breakthrough game on Thursday, as they shocked the Dallas Cowboys, 24-16, at AT&T Stadium. The Buccaneers notched their first win after a 0-4 start.

Daniels, who was filling in for Baker Mayfield for the second time, went 19-of-25 for 189 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. He also had seven carries for 23 yards.

During his postgame interview, the 23-year-old rookie asked his mother to join him, sharing an emotional moment.

“It is indescribable. This moment is so big. I'm speechless. I'm so proud of you. This is amazing,” beamed Star Daniels.
