The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are currently gearing up for their upcoming game at home against the Cleveland Browns. The Bucs are coming off a tough Week 1 loss on the road to the Cincinnati Bengals, in a game in which quarterback Baker Mayfield put the ball on the ground multiple teams, costing his team scoring opportunities.

Earlier in the weekend, Mayfield had watched his Oklahoma Sooners go down in upset fashion against the Michigan Wolverines, and he evidently lost a bet with head coach Todd Bowles regarding that game.

Mayfield seemed to take the moment in stride.

“Oklahoma vs Michigan. Todd's son was on the winning side of it. The Sooners were not, and therefore I squeezed into this little tank top,” he said, per Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team on X, formerly Twitter.

It was at Oklahoma where Mayfield became one of the most electrifying college football players in the country, winning the Heisman Trophy and becoming the number one pick in the NFL Draft.

He has since carved out a home for himself in Tampa Bay after bouncing around the league, recently signing a lucrative extension to keep him with the franchise long-term.

Last year, Mayfield and the Buccaneers' offense fell off a cliff down the stretch, resulting in the team missing the playoffs for the first time in several years, and some of those same shortcomings were on display on Sunday in Cincinnati, with Mayfield often trying to do too much and turning the ball over as a result.

Thankfully, up next for the Buccaneers is a Browns team that is widely considered to be among the worst in the NFL this year. Kickoff is set for Sunday at 1:00 pm ET.
