The Milwaukee Brewers won the World Series last Wednesday, and it's been a party for the team ever since. Outfielder Sal Frelick even claimed that he was planning to drink “100,000 beers” for everyone in attendance at the World Series parade. Frelick may have been joking in the moment, but people in Wisconsin are apparently taking the declaration quite seriously. In fact, Frelick even said some fans have come up to him at 9 AM while he's out at breakfast and offered him beers.

“After the parade, I was just out at breakfast the next morning getting a coffee, and I probably had 20 people come up to me and just give me a beer,” Frelick said on Pardon My Take, via Barstool Sports. “They're like, ‘We want to help.' I'm like, ‘Oh'… People just have it on them. Like where do you guys… It's 9 AM, they just, like, take it out of their back pocket.”

Frelick, 26, made a significant impact during the World Series run. He handled his business from a defensive standpoint in the outfield while also hitting .235/.341/.353 with one home run and three stolen bases offensively. Frelick may not be the star of the team, but he certainly brings the energy.

He's seemingly become a fan-favorite in Milwaukee as well. While the quest for 100,000 beers may not realistically come to fruition, there's a chance that Frelick may not ever have to pay for his own beer again in Milwaukee. Brewers fans will always remember his part in helping the team win its first World Series championship in 2026.
