The Los Angeles Dodgers are moving forward following watching the Milwaukee Brewers win the World Series. Yet the focus shifts to Tarik Skubal and his future with the Dodgers. Looks like fellow pitcher Blake Snell helped answer that on Thursday.
Snell dropped this response when asked about Skubal's pending status via SportsNet LA.
“I've done my pitch. I hear the Dodger fans hitting me up all the time to get lil' bro to stay here. We'll see what he does, but I think we have a good shot,” Snell said while breaking ground new baseball fields in Altadena, California.

So Snell is optimistic that the former Detroit Tigers MLB All-Star will keep LA as his home. Skubal emerged as a pivotal MLB trade deadline deal for manager Dave Roberts and LA. The move also came amid two-way star Shohei Ohtani dealing with an injury that limited his pitching.

He took the loss after standing on the mound for five innings and allowing five hits, including one home run to Brice Turang. Los Angeles and Skubal eventually took the 2-1 loss in game one of the NLCS.
Los Angeles never recovered from there. Even Snell endured his own rough outing against the eventual WS champs. Snell surrendered four hits in six innings while allowing three different home runs to Jake Bauers, Garrett Mitchell and Jackson Chourio. The Dodgers pitcher did strike out nine batters, but took the game three defeat.
