Abbi Summers names the only two players she would keep at Tottenham this summer
Abbi Summers will welcome an overhaul of the Tottenham Hotspur squad this summer, whether they are relegated or not.
The talkSPORT co-host has revealed she would keep just two members of the current side at the club ahead of next season.

Spurs are at risk of suffering their first relegation in 49 years after a disastrous run of results which has seen them yet to register a single Premier League win in 2026.
Sunday’s defeat at Sunderland extended the club’s winless run to 14 Premier League matches.
Roberto De Zerbi’s side now find themselves two points from safety in 18th with six matches remaining.
An uncertain summer awaits for many players at the club, with only Ben Davies and Yves Bissouma out of contract at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Joao Palhinha and Randal Kolo Muani are set to return to their parent clubs at the end of their loan spells.
However, Summers has admitted she only cares about keeping hold of two current players beyond the summer transfer window.
Spurs pair must stay – Summers
Speaking on the latest episode of talkSPORT’s Inside Spurs, she explained her reasoning behind the claim.
Summers said: “Archie Gray and (Lucas) Bergvall for me are the only two I’d actually be a***d about keeping.
“I like Kevin Danso but those two are the only two I’d be a***d about keeping.
“I think that Archie over the last two seasons has had such a tough time. He’s played every single position. So much of the burden has fallen on him.

“I think playing Conor Gallagher, Archie and Bergvall is enough in that midfield, I think it’s enough.
“You’ve got a little bit of creativity there with Bergvall, you’ve got Conor Gallagher that has got ‘the legs’, you’ve got Archie in there.”
Gray and Bergvall’s importance
Gray and Bergvall both started De Zerbi’s first match in charge against Sunderland last weekend.
The pair were joined in midfield by Conor Gallagher, with the youngsters deployed in their natural positions.
Both players were ultimately withdrawn in the 62nd minute, though, moments after Nordi Mukiele’s winner for the Black Cats.
Gray joined Spurs from Leeds United in 2024, signing a six-year deal with the north London club.

Although he has since made 79 appearances for the club, they have been spread across a multitude of positions.
This season alone, the 20-year-old has played at right-back, centre-back, left-back and on the right-hand side of midfield.
Gray has also in his preferred central midfield role as well as slightly deeper in front of the defence.
His maturity during a woeful season for Spurs has even seen him tipped to take over the captaincy in the future.
As for Bergvall, the Swedish international arrived alongside Gray two summers ago.
Having recently returned from an ankle sprain, he has been limited to 19 Premier League appearances this season.

Less than half of his outings in all competitions have come in central midfield, though, with Bergvall also featuring on both wings as well as in attacking and defensive midfield.
Spurs could face a battle to keep hold of him this summer after knocking back January interest from Chelsea and Aston Villa.
