For fans looking to support their country from the stands in North America, keep reading to find out how to secure your tickets to the most-watched sports event on the planet.

How to get tickets for the FIFA World Cup 2026?

FIFA began its initial randomised ticket application phases, including the Visa Presale Draw (September 2025) and the Early Ticket Draw (October 2025), which are now closed.

While the next major opportunity to apply for tickets, the Random Selection Draw, will not begin until shortly after the official tournament draw (5 December), there is one official channel available now: the FIFA Resale/Exchange Marketplace.

This means most fans looking to secure a seat right now with certainty, or for those seeking greater flexibility outside of the official draws, they will have to rely on third-party secondary ticket platforms.

Luckily for us, there are a number of reputable sites online to use to secure your place at this historic event.

Please note* tickets may only appear for purchase after the draw

How much do FIFA World Cup tickets cost?

Recent reports indicate that FIFA has backed away from using dynamic pricing for all 2026 World Cup tickets, following public concern over the cost of the tournament.

This now means tickets sold through the Random Selection Draw, will be set at fixed prices for the duration of the next sales phase.

This means the cheapest tickets start from approximately $60 USD (£45), but they will undoubtedly be scarce.

The most expensive tickets for the final will be $6,730 (£5,094).

It’s unclear just how much this will affect third-party sites at this time.
