Video of the Day: IPL 2026 - Lungi Ngidi’s magical slower one outfoxes Nicholas Pooran in LSG vs DC clash

Lungi Ngidi produced a moment of pure magic to outfox Nicholas Pooran during the clash between Delhi Capitals and Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2026 at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. 

Pooran, who is known for his explosive hitting, never looked settled at the crease. On 8 off 7 balls, he attempted to break free against Ngidi, but the South African pacer outsmarted him with one of his trademark cutters, a variation that brought him immense success during the T20 World Cup 2026.

The delivery pitched on a good length and gripped the surface just enough to arrive later than expected. Pooran, looking to play it straight, committed too early into the shot. His head fell over, balance lost, and the bat came down well before the ball arrived. By the time the ball reached him, it was already too late to adjust.
