Unrivaled begins: which WNBA players are lacing up, how to watch

Unrivaled tips off on Monday afternoon, with the 3-on-3 women’s professional basketball team hosting four games on the opening day of its second season.

The big news of the week is that Napheesa Collier, one of the league’s co-founders and best basketball players in the world, will miss the season as she recovers from two ankle surgeries. Still, Unrivaled offers more than 48 WNBA players the opportunity to play offseason basketball in the US, starting January 5th.

Day 1 schedule: Which WNBA players are playing?

All 8 of the league’s teams will play on Opening Day.

1 pm: Mist Club vs Hive Club

Mist: Allisha Gray, Breanna Stewart, Alanna Smith, Veronica Burton, Arike Ogunbowale, Li Yueru
Hive: Kelsey Mitchell, Sonia Citron, Ezi Magbegor, Natisha Hiedeman, Saniya Rivers, Monique Billings

2:15 pm: Vinyl Club vs Laces Club

Vinyl: Courtney Williams, Rhyne Howard, Dearica Hamby, Erica Wheeler, Rae Burrell, and Brittney Griner

8 pm: Lunar Owls Club vs Rose Club

The two afternoon games will be on TruTV, while the nighttime matchups between the Lunar Owls and Rose, and Phantom and Breeze, will be broadcast on TNT and TruTV.

All games will be played in Medley, Florida, at the Sephora Arena.
