Mo Salah appears unlikely to play for Liverpool in this weekend’s Premier League clash at home to Brighton.

Tottenham are ready to offload Yves Bissouma in January.

Bissouma is facing disciplinary action by Spurs after footage emerged of him allegedly inhaling laughing gas for the second time in as many seasons.

The Mali international had already fallen foul of manager Thomas Frank after being dropped from Spurs’ Super Cup defeat to PSG for turning up late for training.

No Promises in West Ham’s striker search

West Ham’s hopes of signing Union Saint-Gilloise goal machine Promise David are fading.

The 24-year-old Canada international, no relation to Juventus striker Jonathan, has become one of Europe’s most sought-after strikers after scoring an impressive 25 times in 49 league games.

The Hammers are eyeing up a January swoop for 6ft 5inch David, nicknamed ‘Baby Lukaku’, to replace wantaway Niclas Fullkrug.

However, sources have told talkSPORT he would be reluctant to swap playing in the Champions League for a Premier League relegation battle.

That means it is likely to be back to the drawing board for the Hammers, who have promised manager Nuno Espirito Santo reinforcements in a number of positions.

Chelsea’s owners BlueCo could face a battle to keep hold of Strasbourg manager Liam Rosenior.

Rosenior took over Strasbourg after being sacked by Hull having narrowly missed out on a play-off place and guided them into the Conference League last season.

Despite a mini three-game winless run in Ligue 1, Rosenior is on the radar of several Premier League clubs including his former side Fulham.

BlueCo see Rosenior as being capable of managing at the highest level and were able to fend off interest from Southampton and Leicester in the summer.

However, if a top-flight club come calling it may not be so easy to persuade him to stay.
