Pub Casino review in the UK (2025): Claim 100% welcome bonus when you join

Pub Casino, licensed by the UKGC and MGA, and launched in 2023, offers over 2,000 games, a live casino, and a welcome bonus of 100% up to £100. Players can deposit as little as £10 and access the site seamlessly on mobile devices

I tested the games, promotions, and mobile experience to provide an honest review of how well Pub Casino delivers fun, convenience, and safety for online players. Read on to hear my views.

Pub Casino bonuses

Bonuses are a vital part of any casino experience, and Pub Casino currently offers two active promotions.

The first is the Welcome Offer: a 100% deposit match up to £100. The minimum deposit is just £10, and the 40x wagering requirements are within the industry standard, though on the higher side. Players should note that deposits made via Skrill and Neteller are excluded from this casino bonus.

The second promotion is the Monthly Tournament. For November, the tournament had an Egyptian theme and a £2,500 prize pool. Participating games are clearly displayed in the drop-down menu in the ‘Tournaments’ section of your account. Prize distribution is as follows:

  • 1st place: £1,000
  • 2nd place: £600
  • 3rd place: £300
  • 4th-9th places: £100 each

Although the casino doesn’t have a strong line-up of bonuses, it is constantly updating its promotions to reward returning customers with bonus spins, cash back and other offers. Monitor the ‘Available Bonus’ section of your account to avoid missing out. Now that’s bonuses out of the way, let’s explore gaming on the go.

Mobile play at Pub Casino

Pub Casino runs smoothly on mobile browsers, so you can play without downloading an app or using extra storage. The navigation and graphics are as good as on desktop, but what stood out to me was how well the site ran when I used mobile data.

I confirmed with the support staff at Pub Casino that the app shown on the UK Google Play Store is not actually downloadable or affiliated with the Pub Casino site. Whether you’re more into the mobile or desktop version, you’ll need to know what games are on offer.

What games can you expect at Pub Casino?

Pub Casino’s library holds over 2,000 casino games, giving players much more than just slots to choose from. You’ll find 56 casual games like bingo, plinko, hi-lo, crash games and solitaire, 67 slingo titles and 11 video poker options.

If you’re after a more traditional experience, the live casino section is where you want to be. There are 159 games, including classics such as roulette and blackjack, as well as less commonly seen genres like game shows, baccarat and poker.

These are supplied by 24 software providers, including several industry leaders: Evolution Gaming, Elk Studios, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Eyecon and more.

3 highest RTP slots at Pub Casino

It’s not just about the amount of games on offer; it’s about which are the right games for you (especially with a selection as big as this). Games with good RTP rates should be considered first, in my opinion. I’ve listed some of the games at Pub Casino with the most competitive RTP rates on the market:

  • 1429 Uncharted Seas (98.6% RTP) has an almost unheard of RTP, far above the average 96%. It’s a low volatility slot with expanding wilds as the main bonus feature.
  • Blood Suckers 2 (96.94% RTP) is the follow-up to the famous Blood Suckers slot. Sink your teeth into special features in the base game as well as bonus games.
  • Rasputin Megaways (96.68% RTP) has a changing grid and with one million ways to win in the base game and almost three million ways to win during the free spins rounds, you’ll be dancing all night long to this uniquely themed megaways slot.

Special features

While the games and RTP are major factors, the overall experience at a casino is equally significant. The tavern aesthetic and the option to view games by supplier are just a few of the features that make Pub Casino unique. What’s more, an extensive sportsbook is offered, with bets on over 40 sports and nearly 200 e-sports leagues.

Pub Casino’s monthly tournaments further set the site apart. Players are challenged to achieve the best multiplier win on eligible games, with changing themes that encourage exploration of different titles. Participating games are clearly displayed in the drop-down menu in the ‘Tournaments’ section, and each title can be launched directly via the ‘Play Now’ button.

To enjoy all these games and tournaments, you need a straightforward way to deposit and withdraw, and Pub Casino makes this process simple and reliable. Let’s take a look.

Payment methods at Pub Casino

Making payments at Pub Casino is a painless process. You have numerous reliable banking options and you don’t have to worry about any fees or hidden charges.

The minimum deposit is just £10, except for Trustly deposits, which are £25 and bank transfers, which are £30. Withdrawals will automatically use the same method as the most recent deposit. If that method is not available, the cash out will be processed as a bank transfer. For withdrawals of more than £5,000, the Bank Transfer 5k+ is the only option. Luckily, regardless of method, withdrawals will usually land in your account after a single working day.

Pub Casino customer support

Once your account is funded, you might need support, and Pub Casino makes it easy to get help. Start by visiting the ‘Support’ page, where all contact methods are clearly listed. The FAQs page is a good jumping-off point for simple issues. You don’t need an account to reach the team, and support is 24/7. Queries can be handled via live chat, email, or phone, so you can choose the option that works best for you.

I had a good experience when I contacted the live chat and I didn’t have to wait long. With this in mind, let’s look at safety, as this and good customer support usually go hand in hand.

Is Pub Casino safe?

Yes, Pub Casino is completely trustworthy. Not only thanks to its UKGC and MGA licences, but the ample, layered measures it takes to secure player data. Industry standard firewalls, valid SSL certificates, up-to-date TLS protocols, virus and malware scanners, an appointed Data Protection Officer and an ISO 27001 certification are employed to take every precaution against unauthorised access to your private information. So, it’s clear the technological side is covered, but what about the human side: responsible gambling?

Is Pub Casino committed to responsible gambling?

Like the safety procedures, the standard of Pub Casino’s responsible gaming systems is exceptionally high. The casino uses Experian, a reliable 3rd party service provider, to verify player age and identity. Additional checks are in place when a player’s total transactions exceed £1,400 to maintain safe gambling practices.

Pub Casino has exhausted every possible tool to help players prevent and manage gambling-related problems. The casino doesn’t hold back when it comes to partnering with external organisations either. It works with Gamstop, Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and The National Problem Gambling Clinic.

Pub Casino compared to others

Having looked at the promotions, the games, payments and player safety, there’s just one last thing we need to cover. How does Pub Casino stack up against the competition? I looked into Party Casino and LeoVegas to find out.

Party Casino’s £30 welcome offer is less than a third of what Pub Casino rewards newcomers with. Although the wagering requirements are only 10x, the bonus funds can only be used on certain games, which some may find restrictive. A great payment system and slot range are offered by Party Casino, but only 50 games are offered in its live casino, with even fewer provided in other categories.

LeoVegas Casino’s welcome offer includes wager-free spins, which looks like a fantastic deal on the surface. In reality, however, these spins are capped at 10p, severely decreasing the value of this offer. LeoVegas has fewer payment options than Pub Casino as well.

My final verdict

Given everything I have researched and tested about Pub Casino, there’s a lot I enjoyed. However, there are definitely some aspects I would love to see improved.

Why do I like Pub Casino?

Browsing through Pub Casino’s vast game library was simple and really improved my experience on the site. I was particularly impressed by the responsive design, which translated beautifully to a smaller screen. Finding a genuinely versatile online casino can be difficult, but I was impressed by the diversity across the entire site, including the payment methods, game types and customer support contact methods.

What could Pub Casino do better?

Though I had a good time at Pub Casino, there’s always room for improvement. While I commend the casino’s navigation and filtering, I missed having a dedicated megaways and jackpots section.

Most online casinos have free spins as well as a deposit match in their welcome bonuses, something Pub Casino currently lacks. Having more promotions to underpin regular players’ gameplay would certainly help boost Pub Casino’s standing.
