The Premier League Darts roadshow hits Manchester on Thursday night for Week 9, with Luke Littler once again the man to beat.

Ahead of tonight’s action bet365 have massively boosted their odds of Michael van Gerwen and Stephen Bunting each to throw 2+ 180s and there to be a 100+ checkout in the first match of the evening from 10/11 up to 7/4, an offer which punters can add to their bet slip by following this link.

The reigning world champion was unstoppable in Berlin last week, smashing in 106+ averages across all three matches as he stormed to a third nightly win and climbed to the top of the table.

Now back on home soil, and at his closest venue of the season, the 19-year-old looks primed for another big night.

Littler faces Premier League newcomer Gian van Veen in the third quarter-final, a repeat of this year’s World Championship final.

Van Veen burst out of the blocks with three finals in the opening four weeks, but his form has nosedived since – winless since Week 4 and now down in sixth.

Awaiting the winner are Jonny Clayton or Josh Rock, who meet in a rematch of last week’s opener, where Rock picked up his first win of the campaign by knocking off the then table-topper.

Clayton, meanwhile, has lost momentum – back-to-back defeats following his dominant Week 6 final win have cost him top spot.

The night kicks off with Michael van Gerwen taking on Stephen Bunting.

Van Gerwen looked back to his best in Berlin, ending a long winless run and firing in a 104 average despite defeat in the final. The seven-time champion is back in the top four – and building.

Bunting, though, continues to struggle, with six quarter-final exits in eight weeks leaving him second bottom.

The winner faces either Luke Humphries or Gerwyn Price in the semi-finals.

Humphries’ title defence hasn’t quite clicked – just one final appearance so far, and that ended in a heavy 6-1 loss to Clayton.

But the signs are there. His scoring power remains elite, and in most weeks, the player who beats him goes all the way to the final. Write him off at your peril.

Price, on the other hand, is enjoying a resurgence. Two finals, one win, and a top-three spot – this is his strongest Premier League run in years.
