Philadelphia Eagles’ $9 million Super Bowl hero ‘casually dating’ WWE star 20 years his senior

Wrestling star Nikki Bella and Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Cooper DeJean are casually dating after months of a WWE-style build.

According to TMZ, the pair, who ‘have a mutual attraction’, have been spending some time together and have even been on dates.

Bella, real name Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace, shares a five-year-old son with Artem Chigvintsev, whom she filed for divorce from in 2024.

Since then, the two-time WWE Divas Champion hasn’t publicly dated, but has been linked to DeJean since last summer.

What is the background?

Eagles fan Bella visited Philadelphia’s training camp in August – just months after DeJean’s starring role in the Eagles victory over Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX – where she posed for pictures with the 22-year-old on the sidelines.

Months later, the RAW wrestler sat at DeJean’s locker while attending the Eagles’ 31-0 blowout victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.

Bella also wore a custom Eagles-themed outfit for her match against Raquel Rodriguez and Stephanie Vaquer on December 29.

A day earlier, the ex-Total Divas star, who was previously engaged to WWE icon John Cena, added further fuel to the social media flames.

Bella shared a teasing video of herself donning a DeJean jersey ahead of the Eagles’ 13-12 win against the Buffalo Bills.

It hasn’t been one-sided, with DeJean attending a WWE show in Philadelphia where announcers referenced the rumours live on air.

Nikki Bella and Cooper DeJean Casually Dating

The reveal comes just a day after a report claimed the 42-year-old was ‘smitten’ with the NFL player, despite their 20-year age gap.

A source explained to the Daily Mail: “Nikki spent New Year’s Eve with her sister. But it doesn’t mean she wasn’t thinking about Cooper. 

“She’s smitten by him and playfully talks about him to friends.

“She’s really happy, and it’s an exciting time for her – but she is definitely keeping it as casual as possible, for now.

“She’s just having fun and enjoying the single life.

“Cooper is in the middle of football season so he can’t do much until it’s over.

“That’s why they’re keeping it casual and not forcing anything.”

DeJean, the No. 40 overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft, won the Super Bowl in the first 12 months of his 4-year, $9.28 million contract.

Bella had previously attempted to shoot down the rumours despite the numerous teases on her and sister Brie Garcia’s SiriusXM podcast.

“It’s crazy because I actually haven’t been touched or done anything in so long,” she said in response to the DeJean romance rumors. 

“It’s funny when people call me a whore when I actually haven’t had intimacy in a really long time, even think of kissing.

“I haven’t even kissed someone in so long. It’s, like, kind of crazy. I was thinking of this last night: “Do I know how to kiss?”

“You know when it’s been so long? I mean, I hope so. I’m about to make out with my pillow to make sure I still got it.”
