New Premier League club enter race for Tottenham Hotspur star Brennan Johnson
Bournemouth are among the clubs who could consider a move for Brennan Johnson next month, talkSPORT understands.
As talkSPORT reported earlier in December, Tottenham Hotspur are open to selling the winger when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.

Johnson has made only six Premier League starts this season and was a late substitute in their 1-0 win at Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Palace are also interested in signing the Welshman and could now face competition from Bournemouth.
However, should a move not be feasible for Palace, they could turn their attention to bringing in Manchester City star Oscar Bobb on loan.
The Cherries‘ interest would depend on the financial demands from Spurs, who had hoped to recoup the £47.5million they paid for him from Nottingham Forest in 2023.
Though the north London club, who may be begrudgingly accept offers in excess of £35m, are not actively looking to sell Johnson in the January transfer window though.
Bournemouth’s interest will likely stem from the potential departure of Antoine Semenyo amid interest from Premier League clubs.
talkSPORT understands he would prefer a move to Manchester City.
Semenyo has a release clause between £60m-£65m, but this must be activated in the first ten days of the window.
Chelsea expressed interest in the 25-year-old, but have pulled out of the race to sign him.
Lack of minutes for Johnson at Spurs
Johnson capped off his second season at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium by scoring the winner in their Europa League final win.

He was a regular under Ange Postecoglou, but does not appear to be a favourite of new boss Thomas Frank.
The 24-year-old has only played 996 minutes of football this season, with over half of his 22 appearances coming as a substitute.
Johnson even scored in back-to-back Premier League matches at the start of the campaign against Burnley and City.
But Frank has preferred playing Mohammed Kudus on the right wing, whilst Randal Kolo Muani has recently featured on the opposite flank.
Victory against Palace at the weekend sent Spurs to 11th in the table, although they remain seven points outside of the top four.
The begin 2026 with a trip to Brentford on New Year’s Day, which will be live on talkSPORT.
