Jake Paul shows off $40 million ranch bought with Mike Tyson purse which includes airstrip and plans for F1 track
Jake Paul has given fans a tour of the $40million ranch that he has been transforming.
Paul revealed last year that he had used the money from his win against Mike Tyson in November 2024 to buy a ranch in Georgia.

Since beating Tyson, Paul has made two further appearances in the boxing ring that have boosted his ranch renovation funds.
In June 2025, he claimed a unanimous victory over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, before suffering a brutal loss to Anthony Joshua six months later that left him with a double-jaw break.
While he recovers from his injury, the YouTuber-turned-boxer has uploaded a guided tour of his elaborate property that spans across 6,000 acres.
He has already made some incredible additions, including the world’s biggest Razor track for off-road driving, but made it clear that he is far from finished with ‘Paul Reserve’.
He explained: “We will be putting an airstrip to land the global express Paul Air.
“This will be a full on landing strip where we can land the plane. This goes for about a mile and a half this way, and we will be weaving in an a full on F1 track throughout this area where it’s completely flat.
“I have these nice cars, everyone has nice cars but then they’re just driving them on the highway. I wanted to do things in reverse.
“Build the racetrack so I can actually drive the cars and then continue to grow my car collection to have the fastest cars and even some race cars.
“But, I’m going to turn this into a membership club where people can have houses on the track, have their cars in the garage, have their own space to live and be able to use the track whenever they want, land the plane on the airstrip and create this sort of race club.”
What does the ranch already have on it?
Once you make it up the three-mile-long driveway, you arrive at the four houses and a shop that has been built.

There is also, unsurprisingly, a full boxing gym with a ring that has been designed for him to train in when he’s on the property.
Paul also has buildings that store equipment and supplies, and a personal petrol station for the vehicles that are used on site.
The property also features numerous locations for water sports, so that Paul and his guests have plenty of activities to keep them entertained.
While it certainly seems to be well-kitted out so far, Paul estimates that he still hasn’t seen 1/5th of his property due to the field space throughout.
Why did Paul buy a ranch?
Paul had already purchased a £13m mansion in Puerto Rico in 2023, but had dreamt of owning a ranch for over 15 years.
He made his dream come true by splurging on the property he has dubbed the ‘Paul Family Ranch’ last year, but fans wondered why Georgia was his chosen destination.

He explained: “There were a couple of things that I needed to be able to do on this dream investment property of mine.
“And that is being on a lake where you can wake surf, jet ski, go crazy. I also want to build an airstrip so it needed to have flat land to be able to land a full-size jet and also to build a racetrack.
“A lot of properties in certain places like Tennessee, all these things have too many valleys there’s not enough flat land.
“And then I didn’t want it to ever get cold. I had been to my brother’s ranch that he has and the weather changes every minute because it’s in the mountains a lot of these months have six months of winter.
“I wanted to be able to come to this property all year round and have good weather.”
