Injured Arsenal star Gabriel Magalhaes filmed in furious bust-up at local six-a-side match
Arsenal’s Gabriel Magalhaes may be out injured, but that hasn’t stopped him from getting involved in a bust-up in a six-a-side friendly.
The Gunners’ defensive talisman was watching on from the sidelines on Tuesday night in Peckham, South London when he became embroiled in a heated spat during the kickabout, reports claim.

In the event organised by Brazilian Botafogo fans, things turned ugly when one player left his opponent writhing around in pain on the ground after a crunching tackle.
In footage obtained by The Sun, Gabriel was then shown running at full speed across the astroturf to confront the player, where he berated them in Portuguese.
The 27-year-old, who hasn’t featured for the north London Premier League side since he sustained an abductor injury in a friendly for Brazil during the November international break, shocked onlookers with his reaction.
“It was really unexpected. He didn’t look injured when he sprinted across the pitch to get involved,” one onlooker recounted.
“I don’t know if he knew them personally but he seemed to just see red and fly off the handle.
“Nobody quite knew what to say but it was really intense.
“It shows how passionate he is about football that he would get this competitive over a six-a-side match between two amateur teams playing for fun in the evenings.
“He had a bit of a shout – it wasn’t physical – and then that probably got it out of his system. Then everything calmed down.”
Arsenal’s injury concerns continue to mount
Gabriel’s absence from Arsenal’s backline has been a huge negative to Mikel Arteta and his side’s pursuit of Premier League glory this season.
This has further been hampered by his centre-back partner William Saliba having also missed significant portions of the season with injury.

The Frenchman hasn’t featured for the Gunners since being substituted at half time in their 1-0 win over Crystal Palace back at the end of October.
Backup centre-back and summer signing Christian Mosquera could manage just 10 league appearances this season before suffering an ankle knock which he picked up in Arsenal’s 2-0 victory over Brentford.
With a makeshift backline that had Jurrien Timber starting at centre-back, alongside another summer signing in Piero Hincapié against Aston Villa, a 2-1 defeat after a stunning winner by Emi Buendía with the last kick of the game left Arsenal just two points clear at the top of the table.
But with their next clash coming against the struggling Wolverhampton Wanderers who have mustered just two points through 15 league games, there are also some doubts about Timber’s availability.
This comes as the Dutchman missed out on their mid-week Champions League trip to Club Brugge due to a knock.
According to Arteta, though, there is a chance that he could feature against Wolves on Saturday evening.

“[It] depends how he feels. It was a knock that he picked, and he wasn’t feeling comfortable,” Arteta said on Friday.
“So again, I think it’s a matter of days, but whether it’s tomorrow or not we’ll see.”
Declan Rice also missed the trip to Belgium with illness, with his availability not entirely certain, although one player who is expected to feature is Gabriel Jesus.
The Brazilian forward came off the bench against Brugge in his first competitive appearance since suffering an ACL injury in last season’s FA Cup tie against Manchester United.
“We know his quality,” Arteta said on the 28-year-old. “A player that has given us so much and he comes with the energy that came the other day (against Brugge).
“He’s certainly a player that has to be pushing and aiming for [minutes], that’s for sure.”
