Female UFC fighter accidentally knocks out male sparring partner as Conor McGregor and Alex Pereira left stunned
UFC bantamweight Jacqueline Cavalcanti sent her male sparring partner tumbling to the canvas after landing a perfectly timed knee.
The Brazilian-born Portuguese fighter is yet to score a finish under MMA’s premier promotion.

All five (5-0) of her UFC victories have come over the distance, but that doesn’t mean she can’t generate a lot of force with her strikes.
In a video uploaded to social media, the 28-year-old can be seen moving around the cage with a significantly bigger man.
Cavalcanti throws a jab and a lead hook before landing a vicious knee as her sparring partner shoots in for a takedown.
The shot leaves the man flat on his back, and while he shakes his head and puts his hand up, he is clearly hurt.
A coach, left in disbelief by what he had just witnessed, asks Cavalcanti: “Is that real?”
To which, Cavalcanti replies: “Real.”
Conor McGregor and Alex Pereira react
The clip has generated hundreds of thousands of views online and has caught the attention of some massive names in the world of MMA.
Among those to comment was Conor McGregor, who wrote: “SHOT!”
Fellow dual-weight UFC champion Alex Pereira was also left stunned by the video.
“She knocked out, and nobody says a word,” posted the Brazilian icon.

She also gained recognition from the man who scored arguably the most famous knockout with a knee, Jorge Masvidal.
‘Gambred’ commented a clapping emoji and shared the video to his socials.
UFC lightweight Nikolas Motta was a little more sceptical of the clip, with the former Contender Series contestant posting: “That was a set up.”
Cavalcanti responded: “Come here for me to do it and you, then you say it was arranged to carry a knee pad on your face.”
Motta didn’t take her up on the offer.
