Dominic Calvert-Lewin achieves Premier League feat never managed by Harry Kane as epic scoring run goes on
Dominic Calvert-Lewin has made personal history after extending his Leeds United scoring streak.
The striker equalised for Daniel Farke’s side against Sunderland on Sunday afternoon.

Calvert-Lewin’s strike means he has now scored in six consecutive Premier League matches for the first time in his career.
The former Everton star’s run of goals dates back to finding the net against Manchester City on November 29.
He has since scored seven times in six matches, including a brace against Crystal Palace last weekend.
Calvert-Lewin is also on the longest Premier League scoring run for six years.
Jamie Vardy previously scored in eight consecutive appearances for Leicester City between October and November 2019.
He’s also achieved something England captain Harry Kane never managed in the Premier League by scoring in six in a row.
The ex-Tottenham star twice scored in five games in a row, but never reached six.
Meanwhile, the 28-year-old has equalled a 65-year-old club record with his latest effort.
He is the first Leeds player to find the net in six top-flight matches in a row since John McCole during the 1959/60 season.
Calvert-Lewin’s scoring form
His goal against the Black Cats takes Calvert-Lewin’s tally for the season to eight in 16 Premier League appearances.

As a result, he is enjoying his best season in front of goal since the 2020/21 campaign.
That season ended with Calvert-Lewin earning a place in the England squad for the Euros.
However, he has not been included in a Three Lions squad in the four-and-a-half years since.
Calvert-Lewin’s impressive form follows his arrival at Elland Road on a three-year deal back in August.
He had been a free agent after leaving Everton when his contract expired earlier in the summer.
The Sheffield United academy graduate has now been tipped for an international re-call by Thomas Tuchel before the World Cup.

England are next in action against Uruguay and Japan in March for a pair of friendly matches.
Their most recent squad in November saw Kane named as the only recognised striker in Tuchel’s selection.
More to follow.
