Pittsburgh Steelers security DeShon Elliott agreed to a two-year, $12.5 million extension that features $9.21 million in ensures, NFL Community reported.
Elliott elected to stick with the Steelers regardless of the workforce signing quarterback Aaron Rodgers to a one-year contract. Elliott beforehand stated “depart his (expletive) within the retirement residence” when the subject of Rodgers becoming a member of the Steelers first emerged.
Whereas the Steelers have but to publicly announce the extension, Elliott confirmed the deal on social media Tuesday.
