The Boston Pink Sox reached an settlement with free agent reliever Justin Wilson, FanSided reported Thursday.
The 37-year-old left-hander was 1-5 with a 5.59 ERA and two saves in 60 video games with the Cincinnati Reds in 2024.
Wilson, who missed all the 2023 season after Tommy John surgical procedure, struck out 51 batters in 46 2/3 innings.
