Milwaukee Bucks ahead Khris Middleton will make his season debut Friday night time in Boston, his agent confirmed to ESPN on Thursday.
The three-time All-Star underwent offseason surgical procedure on each ankles and has been ramping up exercise since being medically cleared to return final month.
Middleton, 33, returns because the Bucks (11-10) have received 9 of their previous 11 video games heading into Friday’s conflict with the Celtics.
Middleton averaged 15.1 factors, 5.3 assists and 4.7 rebounds in 2023-24. Over 12 seasons, he has profession averages of 16.9 factors, 4.8 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.2 steals in 739 video games (650 begins) with the Detroit Pistons (2012-13) and Bucks.
Detroit drafted Middleton within the second spherical (thirty ninth total) in 2012. Traded to Milwaukee in July 2013, he helped the Bucks win the NBA championship in 2021-21.
