The Milwaukee Brewers positioned left-hander Nestor Cortes on the 15-day injured checklist Sunday with a flexor pressure in his pitching elbow.
Cortes is headed to the injured checklist resulting from a flexor pressure for the second time in eight months. He returned from the damage and was capable of pitch within the World Collection final season for the New York Yankees.
