Nicky Henderson will be hoping for more Cheltenham Festival success after some ups and downs the last few years, with injuries, wins and some falls.
Old Park Star looks to be a cut above anything he’s faced so far going on to win by 18 lengths at Haydock in the Grade 2 Supreme Trial.
He’s a big fancy for the Supreme itself now and could be following in Constitution Hill’s footsteps if he wins in similar fashion to the former Champion Hurdler.
Lulamba is also a big contender for the Arkle for the Seven Barrows yard.
The five-year-old is the big favourite currently having gone unbeaten over fences in his first three starts since switching from hurdles.
He’s shown that he’s learned a lot in the space of those three runs and has already surpassed his overall rating as a hurdler with those prominent victories, including at Newbury just earlier this month.
Dinoblue has been boosted to 2/1 for the Mares’ Chase renewal and it’s hard to see her lose it now after her recent victories.
She won it last year by over eight lengths having placed a narrow second in the competition in 2024.
She’s got great Cheltenham experience including at this festival and could be a another big winner for trainer Willie Mullins.
