The Foxes have shown signs of life and that they still have pulse in their fight against relegation. But single point returns, like the one they got against Watford last time out won’t be enough.

They’ll need maximum points to keep their hopes alive against a Preston side who’s own poor form has seem to slide 11 points off the top six.

Whether Preston are effectively ‘on the beach’ already, Gary Rowett’s men will have the bit between their teeth.

The final piece in this four-fold jigsaw is Birmingham up against lowly-Blackburn.

Birmingham may have fallen out of playoff contention after a run of one win in their last six, but could they bounce back with victory over relegation-threatened Blackburn?

The Blues are reeling but do have the better overall quality in their squad and that should tell in front of their home crowd at St. Andrews.
