The Canada Super 60 League, an exciting ten-over-a-side cricket competition. is set to return for its second season at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, with the tournament set to run from September 29 to October 4.

The tournament will be played in what is a landmark year for the venue as it is set to host 2026 FIFA World Cup matches. BC Place, situated in the heart of downtown Vancouver, is a symbol of Canadian sporting heritage and home to some of the most marquee global events.

"Following a groundbreaking debut season that captured the imagination of fans across continents, Canada Super 60 continues its journey to become a marquee event on the international cricket calendar," said a release.

Yuvraj Singh, League Partner, said: "After the success of last year's inaugural season, I am truly delighted to share that Canada Super 60 is returning for Season 2. The response from fans, players, and the global cricket community was incredibly encouraging, and it was clear that the world took notice of what we are building here," 

There will be eight participating teams in the tournament, including two women's teams. Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan, Moeen Ali, Shakib Al Hasan, Martin Guptill, Piyush Chawla, Quinton de Kock, Jason Roy, Dawid Malan, David Wiese, Ravi Bopara, Chris Lynn, Alex Hales, Imran Tahir, and Rahmanullah Gurbaz were among the players who took part in last year's league.

Brampton Blitz won the inaugural men’s competition last year, while Toronto Sixers emerged as the winners of the women’s edition.

Canada Super 60 is a groundbreaking new cricket league launched in 2025, introducing the unique 10-over-a-side format with both men’s and women’s competitions.

Backed by Cricket Canada, the league aims to elevate Canada’s place in the cricket world while offering fans a thrilling mix of power and strategy between T20s and ODIs. The Canada Super 60 is designed to grow the game in North America and give Canadian players global exposure.
