Despite the Houston Texans' Week 2 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, Lone Star State native and WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion Raquel Rodriguez won.
She posted a video on social media of herself with TORO, the Texans' mascot. Initially, she had a surprised look on her face after the mascot kissed her.

Fans were eating it up in the comments section. One fan reacted, âÂÂThe audacity he has to kiss you,â while another said, âÂÂ2 words to that bull: Tejana Bomb.âÂÂ
Another fan somewhat understood TORO's actions. They said, âÂÂLol TORO couldn't resist[.] It was a one in a million shot and he took it.âÂÂ
Rodriguez was born in La Feria, Texas, and grew up in the Lone Star State. She played college basketball for Texas A&M Kingsville before transferring to Sam Houston, then Texas A&M.
Her professional wrestling career began in 2013. She signed with WWE in 2016, debuting at an NXT live event in January 2017, and would later make her main roster debut in 2022. She has since joined the Judgment Day faction with her longtime tag team partner, Liv Morgan. Rodriguez won the Women's World Championship in July 2026, beating Sol Ruca to win her first singles title on the main roster.
Texans' embarrassing Week 2 loss to the Bengals
Unfortunately, the Texans fell to the Bengals in Week 1 after losing a heartbreaker to the Buffalo Bills in Week 1. They are 0-2, tied for last place in the AFC South. Luckily, the Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans are also 0-2. The Jacksonville Jaguars lead the division at 1-1.
The vaunted Texans defense was unable to contain Ja'Marr Chase, who had two touchdowns. Tee Higgins also caught five passes for 95 yards. The Texans did sack Joe Burrow five times, though.
CJ Stroud completed 30 of 55 passes for 353 yards. He also rushed for 29 yards, leading his team in rushing. However, the Texans only scored six points in the loss.
