With Saquon Barkley sidelined, Eagles lead Titans 14-10 at halftime

Philadelphia running back Saquon Barkley was hurt on the Eagles’ first offensive play today, but through the first half, his team has been fine without him.

Barkley ran into the line and was stood up for no gain on the first play from scrimmage for Philadelphia, and he immediately left the field and went to the locker room with a stinger. He has been back on the sideline, in uniform and wearing a neck roll, but he has not been back on the field.

Still, the Eagles’ running game has moved the ball. Tank Bigsby has 27 yards and a touchdown, while Will Shipley has 24 yards. Jalen Hurts has completed 14 of 17 passes for 141 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert suffered a knee injury and is questionable to return.

The Titans’ offense scored its only touchdown after an Amani Hooker 92-yard interception return set them up with first-and-goal. They scored their only other points with a Joey Slye field goal as time expired on the first half.
