Cowboys cornerback Joey Porter Jr. was a late scratch due to an illness.
They will, however, have left guard Tyler Smith, who will make his 2026 debut in Thursday Night Football. Smith underwent surgery on Sept. 8 to repair a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his left thumb and missed four games on injured reserve.
The Cowboys’ other inactives besides Porter are linebacker DeMarvion Overshown (hamstring), cornerback Cobie Durant (hamstring), outside linebacker James Houston, offensive lineman Ajani Cornelius, offensive lineman Drew Shelton (hamstring) and wide receiver Camden Brown.
The Bucs’ inactives are quarterback Baker Mayfield (right thumb), safety Antoine Winfield (rib), cornerback Benjamin Morrison (quad), linebacker SirVoce Dennis (ankle/foot), defensive lineman DeMonte Capehart, offensive guard Billy Schrauth and offensive guard Luke Haggard.
