Coach Mike McCarthy and foul-mouthed QB Aaron Rodgers' Pittsburgh Steelers are prepping for October 11's game against Daniel Jones and the Colts while the dust settles on their 27-24 road loss to the Cleveland Browns in Week 4. In search of a spark, word broke of a possible Jalen Ramsey position change while McCarthy addressed another issue dating back to the Browns loss.
Rodgers was heard yelling an expletive about a McCarthy play call that caused McCarthy to call him a “(expletive) a**hole”
Pittsburgh Sports Tonight host Ashley Wenskoski shared comments from McCarthy addressing the verbal spat between the two Steelers personalities.

The reality of it is it's a 20-year relationship…We were able to sit and talk numerous times over the weekend about that and a number of things…I'm getting to grandfather age. I don't want to be saying those types of words,” McCarthy finished.
Pittsburgh made a move to bolster their defense after ceding 27 points to Todd Monken's Browns that gave fans hope for better days ahead. The Steelers continue to aggressively hunt new ways to improve amid fan and media driven skepticism and malaise that show no signs of slowing. Rodgers remains as fiery as ever with his team headed toward a seemingly easier stretch of games that could still end up being their downfall if the team doesn't improve soon.
McCarthy has enough experience to know how to motivate the aging gunslinger Rodgers, but there is only so much he can do. Eventually, Pittsburgh will need new guys to step up if they hope to make anything resembling a deep playoff run this season in the Steel City.
