Saquon Barkley injured, Jalen Hurts picked, Cam Ward scores as Titans lead 7-0

The Eagles’ offense had an ugly opening opening possession today in Tennessee.

Eagles running back Saquon Barkley was injured on Philadelphia’s first offensive play, running into the line for no gain and then going to the locker room. The Eagles said he is questionable to return with a stinger.

Philadelphia marched down the field deep into Tennessee territory without Barkley, but Jalen Hurts threw an interception into the end zone that Amani Hooker returned 92 yards.

From there, the Titans’ offense took over with first-and-goal, and on fourth-and-goal inside the 1-yard line, Cam Ward scored on a quarterback sneak.

The Eagles trail 7-0, but an even greater concern is the injury to Barkley.
