UFC 332: Silva vs. Wang continues on the main card with a fight between Roberto Soldic and Khaos Williams in the welterweight division. Check out our UFC 332 odds series for our Soldic-Williams prediction and pick.

Roberto Soldic (21-4) is coming off a first-round knockout of Dagi Arslanaliev at ONE 171 in February 2025. Before that, he knocked out Zebaztian Kadestam in Round 2 in May 2023, and his bout with Murad Ramazanov was ruled a no contest. He is 21-4 and 0-0 in the UFC, so this is his promotional debut, and he comes into his fight this weekend against Khaos Williams.

Khaos Williams (16-5) is coming off a first-round TKO of Nikolay Veretennikov in May 2026. That win ended a two-fight skid, a unanimous decision loss to Andreas Gustafsson and a second-round submission loss to Gabriel Bonfim. He has never been knocked out, as he comes into his fight this weekend against Roberto Soldic.

Why Roberto Soldic Will Win

Roberto Soldic should beat Khaos Williams because he brings elite finishing power and a championship résumé into a fight that suits his style. Soldic is 21-4 with one no contest and has built much of that record on knockouts.

His most recent win was a first-round knockout of Dagi Arslanaliev at ONE 171 in February 2025. That kind of fast, violent finish shows he still carries the power that made him a star outside the UFC.

Williams is dangerous, and his right hand has ended fights, including a first-round TKO of Nikolay Veretennikov in May. Soldic can use his composure and counter-striking to handle that threat.

Soldic's pressure should force Williams to fight off his back foot instead of loading up freely. Once Williams has to defend sustained combinations, openings for the finishing shot should appear.

Why Khaos Williams Will Win

Khaos Williams can beat Roberto Soldic by using his UFC experience and one-punch power against a fighter making his promotional debut. Williams is 16-5 with a 7-4 UFC record, while Soldic has never fought in the Octagon.

Article Continues Below

Williams just snapped a brief losing streak with a first-round right-hand TKO of Nikolay Veretennikov in May. That win showed his knockout power is still intact.

Soldic's last fight was in February 2025, a long layoff that could leave him short on rhythm and timing. Octagon cage dimensions, pace, and the quality of UFC welterweights are all new for him.

Williams does not need a long fight to win. He is at his best when he stays patient, closes distance in short bursts, and lands the right hand before his opponent settles.

If Williams takes the early rounds and makes Soldic uncomfortable, the debut stage could weigh on the Croatian. I'm picking Williams by first-round knockout.

Final Roberto Soldic-Khaos Williams Prediction & Pick

Roberto Soldic is my prediction to beat Khaos Williams at UFC 332, most likely by second-round knockout. Williams has enough power to make the opening minutes dangerous, but Soldic brings the more varied and polished offensive game.

Soldic is 21-4 and making his UFC debut, while Williams is 16-5 with 11 UFC fights. That Octagon experience is Williams’s biggest advantage, especially if he can force Soldic into immediate exchanges.

Still, Soldic has faced high-level championship pressure outside the UFC and owns fight-changing power in both hands. He should use straight punches, calf kicks, and measured forward pressure to deny Williams the stationary target he needs.

Williams’s path is simple: make the fight messy early and land his right hand before Soldic establishes range. But that approach also opens opportunities for Soldic to counter, particularly when Williams loads up or squares his stance.

I expect Williams to have a threatening first round and possibly land the cleaner early punch. Soldic’s patience and combination work should increasingly take over once he reads Williams’s timing.

The determining factor is whether Soldic handles the UFC debut nerves. If he does, his broader skill set and finishing instincts should prove decisive against a dangerous but more predictable opponent.

Final Roberto Soldic-Khaos Williams Prediction & Pick: Roberto Soldic (-238), UNDER 1.5 Rounds (-125)
