Browns linebacker Carson Schwesinger left the stadium in a walking boot after Sunday’s loss to the Jets, but he reportedly avoided a major injury.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Schwesinger has been diagnosed with a Grade 1 ankle sprain. Schwesinger has not been ruled out for Cleveland’s Week 6 home date with the Ravens and his availability will be determined over the coming days.
Schwesinger had eight tackles and a strip-sack of Jets quarterback Geno Smith in the 17-12 loss. He has 43 tackles on the season.
Browns running back Quinshon Judkins was also in a boot after the game and there’s been no further word on his status heading into the matchup with Baltimore.
