The Tampa Bay Rays have tied up the American League Championship Series at 2-2 after a 7-3 win in Game 4. After going behind twice, the Rays now have their chance to take control of the series.

That responsibility falls to the shoulders of Game 5 starter, Drew Rasmussen. But the Rays ace isn't breaking too much of a sweat despite the enormous pressure of starting in a tied series.

“In every single game I try and do my to (remember): It's still just baseball. I think that's led to a couple successful outings up to this point. Just try and not make it anything bigger than what it actually is,” Rasmussen said in a video by Rays reporter Ryan Bass on X, formerly Twitter.

Rasmussen is coming off a career-best regular season where went 16-5 with a 2.67 ERA. He pitched an eight-inning gem in his first postseason start to lead the Rays to a 1-0 win over the New York Yankees.

He wasn't quite as locked in during Game 1 of the ALCS against Cleveland, though. He went 6.0 innings, giving up two earned runs on eight hits with seven strikeouts. Unfortunately for him, the Rays bullpen couldn't hold onto their lead as they lost 7-3.

Rasmussen will be hoping he gets a bit more run support in Game 5 than the three total runs he's gotten in his first two playoff starts. Yandy Diaz and Jonathan Aranda finally woke up in Game 4 as they combined for five hits and four RBIs, which is a good sign. If the Rays can give Rasmussen some more runs, they stand a good chance of being within one win of the World Series.
