Baltimore Orioles first baseman Pete Alonso had a memorable evening at Citi Field on Tuesday as he recorded his 300th home run. He helped the Orioles beat his former team, the New York Mets, 7-5.

Alonso hit the milestone in the ninth inning, which tied the score at 3-3.

After the game, he met with the three fans who caught his historic ball, as shown in the video posted by SNY.

“They exchanged the ball for signed baseballs, bats, and Alonso to sign their jerseys. Pete brought beers and offered the trio tickets to games in Baltimore,” said SNY.
