Jordan Love knows what a championship celebration looks like, even if he is still chasing one of his own. Following the Milwaukee Brewers’ historic run to their first World Series title in franchise history, the Green Bay Packers quarterback publicly congratulated the baseball club. He also admitted that watching another Wisconsin team reach the mountaintop provides extra motivation for his locker room.

Speaking to reporters, Love praised the Brewers for accomplishing something that had eluded the franchise throughout its history. He also appreciated the opportunity to celebrate alongside the newly crowned champions. They attended the Packers’ game following their historic triumph.

“That was awesome, you know, there's obviously a big congratulations to the Brewers and what they did to win the World Series,” Love said. “It's not easy and they did it so definitely it's cool to be able to celebrate them.”

Love added that the Brewers’ presence at the game made the occasion even more special, with the crowd giving the champions a well-deserved reception. He also acknowledged that seeing Milwaukee celebrate its breakthrough championship reinforced what every professional athlete ultimately wants to achieve.

“That's what obviously everyone's chasing. We're chasing that feeling to be able to go out there, win the championship and be able to celebrate,” Love said.

The Packers enter the second half of their 2026 campaign with a 5-3 record. They have overcome early inconsistency and significant injuries to remain firmly in the NFC playoff picture. Love has powered the offense with his connection to Christian Watson and Matthew Golden. Meanwhile, Green Bay continues navigating a depleted offensive line.

The Brewers have given Wisconsin a championship to celebrate. Now Love and the Packers will try to deliver another one.
