The New York Mets are close to the finish line of one of their more disappointing seasons, and right before it ends, they received some injury news about one of their players. Jared Young suffered a concussion, and the team has decided to put him on the injured list, according to Anthony DiComo of MLB.com.

“The Mets have now officially placed Jared Young on the injured list with a concussion, ending his season,” DiComo wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
