After starting the season red hot, the Las Vegas Raiders have lost four straight games and now face questions about their performance. They started by winning three straight games against the Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Chargers, and New Orleans Saints, but after losing to the Kansas City Chiefs in week 4, they lost to the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills, and Los Angeles Rams.

Raiders defensive star Maxx Crosby has a solution to the issues that the Raiders have been having, specifically in the run defense.

“Run defense comes down to attitude and energy. You know what I mean? It's about whooping a man's ass, and I'll bet on us. We just got to be better at whooping ass.”

Crosby's comments mirror his thoughts following the Raiders' loss to the Buffalo Bills.

“We got to look at the film and figure out what we need to do better in the second half. I feel like the first few games, we did really good in the second half. The last couple of games, we haven’t. We got to obviously watch the film first, but we’ll see what that looks like. The effort, the energy, everything was there. I felt like today we just got to get better from it.”

The Raiders look to bounce back and secure their first win since early October when they play the New York Jets on Sunday. But they face a tough four-game stretch that concludes in Week 12, as they take on the San Francisco 49ers, the Seattle Seahawks, the Denver Broncos, and the Cleveland Browns.
