The San Francisco 49ers are on top of the NFL headed into Week 5. San Francisco is a perfect 4-0 to start the season and look like a superpower in the NFC once again. One 49ers player just got some great news from the league office following a bizarre fine.

The NFL has rescinded the $14,926 fine it imposed on Kyle Juszczyk for what it called a distasteful celebration of chugging a beer, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

The league said it is withdrawing the fine “because his celebration was simulating drinking a juice box, not a beer….Mr. Juszczyk finally stated that the fine is hypocritical with the amount of Bud Light sponsorships surrounding the NFL.”

49ers fans are well aware that Juszczyk is nicknamed “Juice” which explains his juice box celebration. They called out the NFL for its hypocrisy shortly after the fine was levied.
