Jets to sign DB Jordan Clark to 53-man roster

The Jets are making a few roster moves on Tuesday.

Per Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, New York is signing Jordan Clark to the 53-man roster off of the club’s practice squad.

Clark, 25, appeared in six games for the Jets last season, playing 34 percent of defensive snaps and 19 percent of special teams snaps in games played.

He is the son of former Giants, Washington, and Steelers safety Ryan Clark.

Brian Costello of the New York Post also notes that receiver Tyler Johnson is being signed to the practice squad. Linebacker Jaden Keller and offensive lineman Xavier Newman are being released from the practice squad.

The Jets will host the Packers on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
