“The Problem Child” Jake Paul is officially coming back. Set to fight his comeback fight on Dec. 24, 2026 in Dubai, Paul is now on the hunt for his next opponent. With several possible names in the mix, no confirmed name has yet been decided.
Recently, Nakisa Bidarian ruled out two rumored names, Tommy Fury and Francis Ngannou, as Paul's comeback opponents. However, recently rumors also emerged that Paul could be moving toward a fight against Darren Till in his comeback match, although nothing confirmed has emerged.
Recently speaking to Sky Sports, Bidarian opened up about Paul's next opponent. “We are down to three or four names, just trying to see ultimately who we get across the finish line. Darren [Till] is definitely somebody we've had on the list. There are two or three names that are still under consideration.
“It's going to be exciting, and, as every Jake Paul fight is, an even matchup. Every step Jake has taken based on experience or level has been evenly matched and he's come through, other than the fight against Anthony Joshua, he has come through with flying colours,” he said.

He was knocked down, TKO'd, broken jaw in two places and now he's back after a year off so just trying to manage the right opponent who has commercial viability, who is a true test but who doesn't have a massive advantage versus Jake Paul,” he finished.
With still time left for Paul's comeback match, fans need to wait and see which fighter MVP selects for Paul's next bout.
