Zay Flowers was enjoying a dominant first half before an injury put his performance on ice during the Baltimore Ravens' season opener against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon.

Flowers started the fourth season of his NFL career with the Ravens. He stands out as the squad's top receiver, showing off impressive performances with his playmaking skillset. In August, he signed a four-year, $140 million contract extension with Baltimore. Safe to say he showed why he deserved the major deal.

His talents were on full display throughout the first half. He made five catches for 150 yards and a touchdown. His highlight revealed a 54-yard reception that he took to the house, celebrating it with teammates.

However, his first half ended abruptly. He picked up an issue with his hamstring as he missed out on the last drive for the Ravens to end the second quarter, per reporter Jamison Hensley.

“Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hamstring) is questionable to return. Flowers, who missed two weeks of practice time recently with the hamstring, didn't play in the last Ravens series,” Hensley wrote.
