Liz Carmouche faces Jena Bishop for the PFL women's flyweight title this Friday in Chicago, live on talkSPORT.
With British 125lbs star Dakota Ditcheva sidelined due to injury, the pair battle it out for the vacant belt in the main event of a well-shaped PFL Chicago card at Wintrust Arena.
Carmouche stopped Bishop in the third round of their PFL tournament final in August 2025 and a submission win over Viviane Araujo last time out put her in the driving seat to fight No. 1 contender Ditcheva for the belt.
However, Ditcheva broke both her hands during a win over Denise Kielholtz at PFL New York in July, leaving the division open for Carmouche vs Bishop 2.
Bishop, meanwhile, bounced back from her defeat to 42-year-old former Bellator champion Carmouche with consecutive first-round finishes this year and says the opportunity to become champion is her daily motivator.
The world title rematch headliner is supported by a co-main event between undefeated Russian Timur Khizriev and Brazil's Gabriel Braga at featherweight.
